We create living spaces!

In Berne and Zurich we are transforming former office buildings into hip city hotels. Did you know that fresh vegetables and fruits are now courting your favour in the Fraumünsterpost? Speaking of retail: In the Stücki Park in Basel we are planning space for 1 700 workplaces. Our stories are also about the future. How do we live in old age? How is land use planning changing? Will our first contact with spaces in future only take place digitally? Read our answers to these questions.

Last, but not least: At our Annual General Meeting, as always, we welcomed our esteemed shareholders and asked for their votes - these were clear!

We wish you an exciting read!
